Renewed SD is showing up under my Platinum Prestige account but not my platinum account.
No quantity limit on this coin at this moment. ( kind od strange against rep's strictly enforced limit 1 per customer )
Might be some reason for this?

I didn't even have to call to get one. Months ago when I spoke to my rep I told him to automatically get one for me when each one comes out. I received an email the other day stating that one was ordered for me. This is how it should work.

There is no limit. Spend CAD 190, sell for CAD 400-500 (very fair price for seller and buyer) - and you got it. The 2017 will be full of gread, but expensive items, why not to be prepared?

I don't recall any other coin ever having limits via reps and no limits on-line. In fact, it's usually the other way around and often touted by reps that they can exceed limits. I have to think that this is a website error that will come back to bite the RCM. Imagine, if you are a rep and have to tell a high roller client that they can only buy one, and then the next day, there is no limit on-line. That would be distasteful for all parties. In any case, no limits fuels flippers and that often leads to downward pressure on resale prices (excess supply). The best scenario for price appreciation is for most of the initial release to be purchased by collectors who hold and don't sell thereby reducing supply in the secondary market. If too much of the initial release is bought strictly for resale, collectors turn away from the greed and prices collapse followed by apathy if not outright rejection of the coin by collectors. Rarely, does a coin recover in that situation. Hopefully, we don't see that with this coin because it is a very nice, classic design; something most collectors desire in their coins.

RCM will most likely cancel those that ordered more than one. Just like CP does when they over sell the product.

With 164 pcs available at this moment and no restriction on quantity limit. Highly doubted RCM will cancel customers' orders who bought more than 1 Renewed SD.

I commend the mint on how they handled this release; the old way of giving Reps carte blanche to break the rules is something I have been fighting against. Maybe keeping the limit to 1 until all MC plat members placed an order would be nice.

The "unofficial" largest RCM dealer - ebay, started with the multiplicity of the listings for the 2016 MC SD i see 5 listings. The BIN prices range: CAD 220 - CAD 863 with the best offer. The developing issue I see here: this coin, unlike the first, wasn't a surprise. And with the unlimited RCM offering, the people who really want to put it in the collection - already placed the order this or different way (everyone remember the price of hesitating on the Voyageur) So...who will be the buyer for inflated price this time?

I ordered one more via web order. My rep would only let me have one so I ordered the other one this morning.

I received VIP notice from Canadian Coin & Currency and they don't have the renewed MC silver dollar. So looks like the RCM is the only one selling this coin.

So, if the CC&C still has't offered yet the MC Silver Dollar, what will be when they will start to distribute their allocation? As again, the wide collector's public, who really need and like this coin , will be satisfied by picking up it from the RCM and dealer. On the other forum the general direction, as I see, to buy single coin....
