I like the dollar slot tokens - I have some from a few of the casino's when I went there as a kid with my parents. Pretty cool.

Yes they are neat and over the years they show the changing advertising of the casino's they oldest ones these well worn ones show why the casino's went to them when people started hoarding the large dollar coins and the feds stopped making them. Now with the new digital cards and paper ticket machines. The profit margin has gone up since the casino's do not have to wash them like in the old days.

I've just discovered this topic and thought I would contribute a few British examples. This is an old penny sized token from the 1960s:  This is an old 10p sized token, probably from the 1970s or 1980s. I found it with my metal detector:  This token is about half-dollar size and comes from a casino / amusement complex at Folkestone in Kent, closed and demolished a few years ago. These tokens were scattered randomly in 'double falls' machines that took regular 10p coins. If you won these tokens you could exchange them for a variety of prizes:
