Take a look and let me know what you would grade this coin. Thanks.

I think 64 is accurate. At first I thought AU 58 because of the slight scuff mark running from her hand to the top of her left foot on the obverse. But after looking at the coin more I realized that it was from the back of another coin as this must have been in a roll for a very long time. Given the dark rounded luster around her body. I noticed that on my Wheat penny that I collect. Wheat pennies that were put into rolls back when they were new and opened 60 years later have the same effect, so that is why I am thinking this was never circulated, and the scuffs hold it from a higher grade than 64.

Pretty 64, with better than average reverse strike.

I cannot go higher than MS63 with the skirt issues and reverse scratch.

Liberty's lower torso looks pretty beat up, which could hold it to 63, I agree. Super reverse!
Rest in Peace
