PICS BELOW
Very pleased with how quickly this coin came back from PCGS. The coin was accepted on November 30th and shipped out on December 15th. Finally collected this along with three other coins at the post office today, and unfortunately this coin didn't make a solid grade...

Grade: VF Details- Cleaning NO VARIETY DESIGNATIION
I called PCGS customer service to inquire on why the coin wasn't designated with the DDO and DDR Snow 2 Variety I was sure I had. According the system notes, the CSR said that this was the Snow-13 Variety of the DDO and DDR error, and PCGS does not currently certify that variety.
However, if you THOROUGHLY examine the picture PCGS has for the 1870 DDO and DDR Snow 2 on their website, I can almost match every single die marker this coin has to their Snow 2. (Fell free to try this if you have the time and let me know what you think)
I feel a bit ripped off about paying 18$ for variety attribution and despite having a variety, not getting ANYTHING on the label. Oh well, beginner's lesson learned.
You all were spot on about the details grade, except that the details were from cleaning, not damage. I feel the pictures I posted didn't accurately represent the coin's true color and surfaces, so if you didn't see the cleaning, its not your fault. I'll attempt to better my photos next time around.
So what do you all think about this?
Anyway, here is a TrueView of the coin.

And a picture of the slab.
