I think you either uploaded the wrong pics. This is a Standing Liberty quarter centennial. I'm not great with these, but I'd give it an MS68-9., marks off for a rim thing at 10:00 and iffy weak obverse strike.

Without having the coin in hand it is very difficult to assertain a one or two point grading difference in a coin like this.

With the spot on the obverse rim at 11 o'clock, and a spot in the field on the reverse between the wing and the rim at 8 o'clock, I would grade it no higher than 69.

Remember the tongs that the press operator used handling the coins in the video of the mint making these that came out a few months ago? I'd suspect that the rim spot/damage was caused by those tongs.

SP-69. As the others pointed out only issues are the small marks around the rim.

Most of these are SP-69 (if any issues present) or SP-70 (if none) so I agree that this would be the SP-69.
