In the U.S. the law states "in an effort to defraud" or something of that effect. You can do what you like as long as you don't claim it is something it is not. They (the government) has cracked down on misleading advertising in the past year and put a halt to one issue that claimed it was legal tender when in it was nothing more than a money making scam! Every once in a while they try to do something right but we don't hold our breath waiting!
Yes, HUGE photos in our Knight outfits but we got to get those funds off of that OUTHOUSE COMMEMORATIVE to fund the museums!!! It all hinges on Congress doing what is RIGHT by the PEOPLE, for the PEOPLE and of the PEOPLE! I am sure we can count on cooperation from our elected representitives! Yeah, right!!!
