I think cheek scratches keep it from 65.

too many hits on obverse for a 65. I'm at MS63.

Magnification tends to exaggerate the chatter - this is very typical of a PCGS graded MS-64 Morgan. Won't make 65 but 64+ is possible thanks to the booming luster. Overall a gorgeous coin.
