I don't think this is an error, but this is damage inflicted on the coin after it was produced. PSD. Report this Post to the Staff

If this was a striking issue, the devices would be normal, rather than mirrored. They are mirrored because of aristarchus123 mentioned, squeezed between another coin. PSD The high points of the two coins are transferred to each other. The dent is from the ball peen hammer blow (vice not used).
