However, ASYN doesn't know varieties worth a darn, so lots of fairly scarce coins are sold by him as "generic" stuff. I personally think, as someone already mentioned, that the guy looked at this site and saw the opinions of some very experienced collectors/dealers and saw that he was going to take a hosing, so he ended it early.
