I was also thinking that the rims are almost missing on the right side on both sides of the coin from an off-center strike, but this being an early 1813 struck coin, these things can be forgiven a little more.

F details but it probably got F-12 because these are so hard to grade so TPG's usually give them problem-free grades as so many were cleaned.
