This is a one-off coin that was in with a lot of genuine errors. I don't know what to make of it so am just posting some images. I think most extra lettering is incuse, the coin is bent, and, well, have a look.

The coin is bent, squashed, mirrored images from being squeezed. All PSD. Someone altering a coin and turning it loose in the wild again.

PSD but I too also find it odd that almost no zinc is showing

The zinc is visible in the second and fourth pictures. The lighting is making it look coppery.
