Poorly struck for a PL coin, no detail at the Queen's eye, hairline above the ear, and central laurel leaves. On the reverse the fleurs de lis are ill-formed as is the beast in the upper right quadrant. If what you really like is the relief and detail of a '55, at that price point you should be able to purchase a well struck PL at the least. I might just have to put out for a graded coin to get what I'm looking for. Would like to find one with very sharp edges on the details but not something that is going to break the bank either.
