Super nice note @1796NoPole. Looks like it may have been a wallet piece. A special note someone carried around and unfolded to show off occasionally.

@Steve I like that theory. Interesting thought that someone would care about a fancy, in actual 1882, on a $20, that isn't even like 123456 or something crazy. It's fair to wonder how much we today would make of 00443322 on a circ'd 20.
