I switched to collecting banknotes about 6 years ago. Fits in my safety deposit box and far less heavy. These banknotes I pulled out of circulation. At the Coin Club meeting in July for YN's, I showed these bills to the kids as examples of what to look for.    |

I also pulled these notes out of circulation. The notes with the 5 - 5's - got them 3 months apart. The notes with the 6 - 1's - I found one and then 6 month's later, a woman in my coin club found the other - sold it to me for face. The notes that have the same serial number except for the 2 in the center, I got from a bank.    |

Interesting serial numbers, but I see nothing that would bring a premium here.

The first grouping of four are all keepers. The second group of six are interesting, as Mr.Frog mentioned, but nothing more than that. If you collect strictly from circulation and like them, then keep'em.

Your right, the banknotes are not collected for their premium over face value.
The 1st 4 notes are the keepers and the other notes are oddities.
Not trying to be critical here, but I just wanted to include some banknotes I found in circulation and add them to your topic.
