Blue seal Silver Certificate
Super low serial
Excellent condition (it appears)

Big Silver, thanks for your comment. The bill is perfect and I am having it
graded soon. I expect 66 ppq.

Unless your pic is unevenly cropped and the margins are much better than shown, this doesn't look like a 66 - I'm assuming they must be. Good luck and let us know!

Your right, it is very poorly centered. Hopes crushed.

Toot - I think that's right. To me, it's a spender, but I know others feel differently.

adco - I was afraid that might be the case. Even with great reverse centering, and assuming it is in fact uncirculated with PQ paper, I would see this as around a 63. Still a great note though!

Great posts. Lots of cool hits & some almost hits. Ida, you had repeater inside of the bookends...tough enough that it counts for me...lol. And to stay positive, those almost Binary notes are still Trinary notes. Great topic, I cant wait to see the upcoming posts.

Some where I read some place that a True Binary Note is only using ( 0 ) and ( 1 )

So on this Forum does any Combination of 2 numbers equal to a Binary note on this Forums

Yes, this is a binary note using the most general sense of the term. Very nice example for sure.

Wonderful note that we seldom see on the forum, congratulations. Much more than just an "almost a fancy S/N" item - I would guess than condition rather than high serial number combos drives the price of these notes, though maybe I'm wrong. You seem to have many fine items. I would suggest that you start a new thread on this note and ask for general comment.
