That is no almost. That is an awesome serial in it's own right. Edit to add: I recently was in my LCS and saw a similar note with serial number 268 (give it take a few). He was asking $4!?! I told him that I would sell it for over 10 times that. And I did. In fact it sold for $54 IIRC. Your bill would easily sell for more than $100, possibly a lot more.
