Hi.Thanks for the insight,but the doubling is evident, especially in the first "U", It is round and adds to, not take away from it.

I also cannot find any information on any DDR listing for 1996-P Rosie. Sometimes it could be that the DDR is not rare, therefore not something that collectors look for? I have found coins with doubling that I would classify as DDR, but because no information on the listing, I deemed it as excessive MD.

Hopefully the experts can weight in.

The only area I see MD is on PLURIBUS and the stem.
