Well it is an "S" so might definitely be worth the gamble. Does NGC even waste their time with coins this worn?

"V.D.B." was removed from the dies by the mint. It is ENTIRELY possible to see remnants.

Pictures of the entire obverse and reverse please?

Capt, for something in this condition, maybe consider the cheaper ANACS option? A potential buyer wouldn't be after the grade here, they'd be after authentication. But yes, I echo the request for full obverse and reverse pictures!
