Elizabeth I - Is It A Groat, Maybe? Year(S)? Mint And/Or Mintmark?

I do not have scales but it is light, only a few grams. Looks to be about 22mm. The inscription of the obverse seems to differ a bit from what I can find of other silver coins of Elizabeth - "ELIZABET" with no H I find only on one issue of shillings; no "ET" between FR and HIB, and so forth. Any help vastly appreciated.

Sorry, but this coin is definitely not genuine. The style is quite crude and completely wrong for the time period it was allegedly issued in.
