Looks like it might have bounced around in/out of the die a few times?
Id'e be skeptical - too many things don't add up to how that would have happened at the mint. Plus not really much evidence of a true rim that would be started on a real planchet. And I doubt wrong planchet as there were no other copper planchets during the Lincoln Cent era.
