I'm just seeing a coin scratch. A struck through item has a distinct beginning and end. Often the item struck through has a curve on it.

Often coin scratches are more straight. The edges of the scratch is rolling the metal upwards a bit but not piercing the plating.

I agree, unfortunately it just looks like a large surface hairline/scratch to me.

Thanks coop I thought maybe struck through because it was the same color inside I guess it's just an old scratch. Thanks for the images .
