Khasil, like coop said the other day, MD can be double, triple struck and in multiple directions. Remember the indications, the "shelving effect" like here is a good sign of MD, not DDO.

The ear size is normal. But the attention is on the lobe. It looks normal. So if you are seeing incuse areas there, it might be coin contact/MD/coin damage. On hub doubling that leaves the coin with raised areas that copy a design. I don't see neither of these on your coin.
