I would put it at about a F-12 if not a little better.

I've been looking at these myself, & would put this one in the F12 to F15 range. A lot of the ones I have looked at had a weak strike lacking in detail, this one looks good for the grade to me.

F-12 sounds about right, with strike weakness noted on the tail and wreath on reverse.
