Doubt it, scrape a blade through a few slits in the rim see if you see copper...just may be worn and dirty.

You can also get a cheap silver testing kit on Amazon for like $4 ish

It certainly looks copper clad from the edge pics.

Don't scrape it on the 1 in a billion chance it's silver why on earth would you intentionally damage it.

Weigh won't damage it, and will be conclusive
