1993-D Lincoln Cud, Plating Issue, Not Sure.

So looking through the days pocket change I noticed this 1993D with something going on with the upper left side column. It almost appears to have a raised jagged edge and a shadow but not exactly sure what it is. Also looks like two dots of extra metal on the column underneath. Any thoughts?

Looks like a short die crack with die chips .a Cud involves the rim and it doesn't look like plating bubbles but you can tell by taking a toothpick and pressing on them if they collapse they are bubbles if not they are chips.
