My guess is that these were submitted for grading and came back 69 or lower, so they cracked them out and put back into the OGP for resale. They made good profit off their PR70 sets (See Foxwoods' links) to cover the loss. |

Several years ago I picked up the 4 medal set in OGP on the secondary market for $15 over the USM issue price. This past week, I located the single 2017 P Proof Medal for $6 over the USM issue price of $59.95. These are a treasured part of my medals collection.
