That makes me an owner of all 5 silver versions.

Sweet! Now if you don't already have the 2 2016 editions, that is your next assignment.

Thanks jbuckster. I wonder what next year will bring? ( without highjacking this thread )
There is a gold version on the calendar, but nothing else that I can see. I am sure there will be something.

I only have the 2016 S in an NGC MS69 slab. Glad I bought that before they got too expensive. Didn't get thw 2016 W. (yet)
Gold ones are out of the question. They're pretty but too much money for me.

Same here. I have no gold, doubt I ever will knowing how much more silver I can get for the money.

Yup .... from day one it was known these would be losers price wise BUT I did order a set because I thought they looked decent AND was surprised that they looked better than anticipated.

No biggie....

Now if you are into grading:

13 sold at the above price and:

6 sold at that price

Okay, since ordering directly from the Mint cost $204.90 w/ shipping, who took the 18% hit? MCM? or do they get a discount from the Mint? or did someone else take an even bigger hit when they sold to MCM?

My guess is that these were submitted for grading and came back 69 or lower, so they cracked them out and put back into the OGP for resale. They made good profit off their PR70 sets (See Foxwoods' links) to cover the loss.

Several years ago I picked up the 4 medal set in OGP on the secondary market for $15 over the USM issue price. This past week, I located the single 2017 P Proof Medal for $6 over the USM issue price of $59.95. These are a treasured part of my medals collection.
