Five, Not Four, 2017 American Liberty Silver Medals Upcoming From US Mint

I thought on it a long time and decided to buy the medal yesterday. It took a lot of thought because I have a growing family of two young boys (2 y/o and 5 month/o) and we're 3 years into a 30 year mortgage plus saving up for a Tesla Model 3, and all the home renovations and such... In any case, I found some cash in my paypal account that was sitting there so I just went ahead and bought one for each of my boys. Now they each have one of the 2016 and the 2017 proof, the coin and currency sets, the S mint 2017 ASE, etc. etc. They may not care for coins when they get older but I think these sets will at least retain their original retail value and would help pay for college books or some drinks. In any case, I think these will look really nice next to the 2016s, and in an added bonus, if they have any major problems on the coins I won't feel obliged to keep them because they're already sold out.

I got my tracking number on Thursday and would have expected an estimated delivery date by now, but scheduled delivery still says pending.

Oh well. We wait.

Still just a tracking number, pending delivery, no date yet. I suppose this one will not be breaking any of my US Mint shipping records.

My tracking number is now active with a delivery date for this Saturday.

I was wondering the same thing. I did not order until later in the day, so I am definitely way down on the first come, first served list.

I have been on the fence about this single as I plan to purchase the set later this year but I placed an order for some 2017 coins I need from the mint today and added this medal.
