Very rarely, I have seen coppernickel coins tone to a rich golden color.

I don't know if this is just the lighting, but this looks like it may be a proof coin. More opinions?

Better pics in a way not with lighting but where the words are blurry in the pics it's blurry on the coin

Do you see the clad band on the edge like a normal coin? If not, it may be plated, why letters are mushy.

We need some sharper/clearer pics in better lighting to really be able to help. Maybe put it next to a "regular" dime as well.

It is plated because and those are clear pics that is how the dime looks
