Could Use A Little Help. 1580s Philip II Spanish Netherlands Copper?

paralyse Bedrock of the Community United States 12057 Posts	Posted 04/17/2017 12:38 am Pretty sure this $2 auction win is a ca. 1580s copper issue of Philip II for the Netherlands under Spanish rule. It looks like the obverse legend is a variation on PHS DG HISP Z REX COM FL, which would make it an issue of Flanders, with the PACE ET IUSTITIA reverse (blundered as IUSTITAA), but I cannot seem to find this exact type, nor the denomination. Also, the obverse legend is somewhat unusual with COM appearing to be either overstruck, or blundered as COM/O with the M overstruck on the 2nd O. If anyone has any experience w/the Spanish Netherlands coinage under Philip II, and can recognize this down to a particular denomination and type, that would be quite helpful.
