This Wheat penny looks to have a extra grain strain and E.PLURIBUS UNUM is partially stamped withing the out rim... can't really see any PSD in these areas... What you guys think?

I'm not sure about the extra grain but it's definitely something to look at it's unique and questionable...

It looks to me like the top of the wheat ear has been scraped away and worn smooth. That little piece was displaced and is all that's left.

Shaving hit, left piece. Notice rim on obverse also shows being smashed.

It might be a chip or a die scratch/gouge. Hard to tell from this point. But it is not extra grains. There are term for the reverse design that might be helpful here.

Stems, Grains, Lines and other terms to identify certain areas of the reverse.
