Hey Guys I think I've got something Rare here since Denver DD's are extremely rare!! Opinions?

Sorry, but I'm pretty sure this is Mechanical Doubling, though very prominent. Note how the overall size of the devices are normal, not thickened as with doubled dies. Perhaps I'm wrong, though.

MD with direction of upward movement
shows on letters and left Memorial,

No DDR's listed other than Wexler's inside column(which to me looks like die clash)
