I am 99% sure it's a fake, that patina and the mushy details give it all away.

I concur this one doesn't look to be even a close call.

Again, I'd ask how you came by it.

Siver coinage can be verified at least for composition (unfortunately only after you've purchased it) by determining its specific gravity.

I actually came across these coins at an antique dealer who was selling trinkets and thought I stumbled upon something. I do a lot of travelling.

Weight is around right - 20.73g is supposed to be the technical weight.

Details are wrong and here's the biggest mistake - the edge is supposed to be smooth, not reeded. Hence a modern replica.
