It's been over three years since this one last made an appearance - a nice proof example. So, it seems the time is right for an uncirculated version. 2000 Bi-Metallic Library of Congress $10  The core is 0.995 fine platinum and the outer ring is 0.900 fine gold - each metal is 48$ of the coin's weight (the other 4% is an alloy, likely copper).
