I believe it is a 1837 Lower Canada 9A3 City Bank Token looks just like the Neman ms 63 NGC unit sold at Heritage except for this coin is like a recent US coin orientation

Have very limited computer skills, token looks just like a recent US coin, obverse is upside down to reverse

Assuming we are talking about 1837 LC One Penny with City Bank Ribbon, the Coin alignment version of 9A3 is 9A4 and about 40% premium over 9A3 depending on grade.
