Hungary 50 Forint 1972: 1000th Birth Anniversary of King Saint Stephen. Obverse depicts King St. Stephen's denár, the earliest identified Hungarian coin type.

nice coin Hondo - but a strange looking horse - is that a 5th leg at the rear of the horse just under the rump?

jbuck: Tucked tail? I believe that the tail is truncated by the I of REI.

nice pair Hondo! but back to the 5 legged horse - I really think it is a 5th leg - above the rear most left leg you can clearly see the calf of a 5th leg with the bent ankle, and then in front of the same leg there is the hoof of that 5th leg..
