I saw the "hoof" but didn't label it - thank you for doing so. The Numista image is less clear than this one. I'll pull it out and make sure that it's not an artifact of photography.

Poland 2 Zlotys 2007 - History of Zloty: commemorating the 5 Zlotys of 1928. I looked into getting the latter, but it seems that the majority of the ones on ebay are blatant fakes.
