1963 D Franklin Half FBL? - Coin Community Forum

spru Bedrock of the Community United States 12477 Posts	Posted 06/01/2017 11:46 pm From what I understand, the scratch and ding would disqualify it from FBL (I could be wrong). There may also be weakness on the top row left of the scratch. And it looks like a die crack maybe (or a hair?) at the bottom that runs up into the lower lines. I don't know how a die crack will affect the designation. Basically, I told you nothing.
