1984 Nickel Error? 2000 Dime Error?

Sorry if these pics aren't the greatest, but it's the best I could do. The Nickel looks like it has a raised spot above the building. Almost as if it were a tree. The dime has a double rim with reeded edge on both rims. Are these any kind of errors? Thank you in advance for any help.

The nickel looks like a die clash and the dime a collar clash,nice.

The die I agree with john1 on. A collar clash on the die that left marks like the reeds from the die being damaged by the collar.
