My issue has been an inability to access several features on CCF with my iPad Air 2 using Safari (iOS 10.3.2). For instance, trying to access the Glossary would send it into a loop each time resulting in an error message (A problem has occurred....blah blah blah).

Crazyb0 provided me with a link to posts referencing Safari browser issues. After reading these posts I concluded I needed a different browser to access CCF so I downloaded Firefox. With Firefox I got into CCF and attempted to read the Glossary. A blank page came up and didn't even give me an error message.

So I think the issue is either operator error or my iPad. If anyone has a suggestion I'd love to hear it. I love this site. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us newbies.

This might be a long shot but you might try clearing out your Safari cookies and browsing history and restarting your iPad Air2.

I use both an old iPad2 and a more recent Air2 and both do well most of the time. When things start going "funny" with them clearing out the Safari cookies and browsing history, along with a restart, seems to clear things up.

Infinite "a problem occured with this webpage so it was reloaded", then page crashes? It's an iOS Safari issue - not limited to iPads. It's not limited to CCF for me either, it can happen on any webpage, and seems to be getting worse as time goes on.

At least now it's limited to one page crashing instead of the whole browser crashing and losing all my tabs (when I held on with iOS6 until finally updating two years ago).

I use Firefox (and Chrome) and both bring up the Glossary just fine.

I occasionally have a problem with pages never fully loading (the little icon in the tab never stops spinning), but clearing the cache always stops that (until it starts up again).
