Seller was a little iffy on the details so help would be appreciated!

Appears to be Geta, Augusta Traiana, Thrace, which is what seller stated, but seller stated this is the Hera reverse with scepter and a peacock?

I looked at wildwinds for a match, but cannot determine if this is, in fact, Hera, as the only AE20's listed have Homonoia; there are some AE18's listed with Hera.

Seller gives weight and diameter as AE, 20mm, 3.7g.

Thanks for any assistance!

Size and reverse looks good but the portrait certainly looks different

It certainly looks like the wildwinds coin you mention with Homonoia, Moushmov - 3102.
Although, there is an error in the description as I can see no altar, I don't know how they came to that conclusion but it is clearly incorrect.
Neat little coin
