This one has lots of luster. Seller had poor pictures and I think I made out well. I think it could touch MS but would like to hear your thoughts!

I'd need to see much better, in focus, photographs.

But I'm not seeing signs of MS on the reverse and there looks like tiny wear on three of the high points of the obverse shield. I might be happier with AU55 than MS60...

If you crack it out and let it tone for a year or two PCGS will probably grade it MS-63 cause of "eye appeal".

From those photos I see circulation rub at the high points. Best possible upgrade is 58. I'd leave it as is.

Personally, it would be worth more money in a PCGS holder.
