Missing Letter On An Italian Coin! - Coin Community Forum

Loruca Valued Member Canada 242 Posts	Posted 07/28/2017 11:37 am It's very common in Italian lira coins to have missing details this is however not due to strike throughs but rather to the extremely hard chromium-steel used to make them. These coins are virtually indestructible and we'll struck examples actually carry nice premiums. They are however extremely common and not very valuable.
