That's a great find! The first pics looked a bit off for a three leg but the second set make it pretty clear that it is the real deal.

It has got me to wondering if fake 3 legged buffs have been made by counter punching in the area of the ankle, then disguising the fakery with 'wear', by light tumbling in a gemstone tumbler.
