Thoughts on grade and issues? Looks genuine, with XF-45 to AU-50 details. Based on the visible hairlines in the obverse field and the overly-bright central devices I'd call it cleaned. I would not expect it to "straight-grade" at either PCGS or NGC.
If you are looking to buy I'd advise waiting for a problem-free, certified example.

the right obverse field is highly concerning
