It doesn't get any more clear than that!

Surely, this one will allow for more participation. I think the most I can get is 4 points but, I'll dig deeper.

Yes.

Maybe we should give an extra point for it being a gold dollar rather than silver or clad. At least if we need a tie-breaker after everyone getting four points.
