Quote: What would you post it if you do win?
Depending on your answer, I might have to make sure that it happens. Haha. I have a couple in mind. Anything I have wouldn't be too difficult, I think. Less than 150 years old, that's for sure.

I'll be able to post mine in six hours or less if nothing intervenes. Probably too late for this round, however.
(It's a $10 star from the 1990s. I don't recall much more about what it was specifically.)
[EDIT: that's assuming it's a $10 in the first place... if it isn't, I'll only post it if it's a small portrait and/or a B district. I think it was, however.]

I didn't make it in six hours (got distracted at the last moment), but might as well post the darn thing anyway... As I mentioned, there aren't very many US notes in my collection; in fact there are maybe two or three (I don't recall exactly). Most of them are just too expensive, too common, or (usually) both, so I never bothered to buy any. The few I do have I got by asking for them from my parents (who had, and still have, some dollar notes for their own needs). In this case, while going through my dad's stash, I said "hey, that's a star note", and my dad asked what a star note was and I tried to explain it (but didn't really know much myself), and then he said "is it valuable?" and I said "not much, maybe a little bit, but it's still cool" and he said "you can have it then". (It might not have gone exactly that way, but the gist was similar.) It was back in the good old days before the Great Russian Crisis of 2014, so ten dollars wasn't actually that much money. Maybe about as much as six or seven dollars today (even accounting for inflation). The other US bills I have are lower denominations, by the way. ...Stats for this bill (matches bold, non-matches italic): Country: USADenomination: 10 dollarsType: FRN, medium portraitSeries: 1999Star note: yesDistrict: D (Washington DC)Serial number, first three digits of: 007...I might have missed some, but if it's not too late to count (which it, admittedly, likely is), it would probably be a 3+ pointer.

I don't have much from Finland, but here's my 10 markaa coin from 1879: (This is an older, poorly-lit image. I can't easily replace it, since this coin is stored in a safety deposit box.)

Well, that was a decent first day. Five posts with a couple four-pointers. Here is how it stands after day one: Arkie - 4 points for a 1958 10 markkaa (his date-matched 10 pennia is also a 4-pointer) pepactonius - 4 points for his nice gold 10 markkaa (I was hoping one of these might show up) AgCoinAu - 2 points for a nice chocolate Nicholas II 10 pennia spruett001 - 2 points for a tiny 1 penni. Congrats on finally getting that first post Joseph7420 - 2 points for a 50 pennia that's just a few years off of a three-pointer. Is there a 5 point coin out there for day 2?
