Oh wow, I have a match for this one!  Lets see, 2 points Japan, 2 points for the date range 1835-1870, 3 points for the longest side, +5 bonus points equals 12 points total, I believe

I can scrape up 5 points   Japan 1 sen 1877 (Year 10 Meiji) +2 points - Japan +1 point - 19th century (1877) +1 point - under 36mm (26mm) +1 point - non precious metal (Bronze or copper) It is amazing how different Japanese coins were just a few years after your mon.

Nice challenge! This should be good for a few points Morocco 4 Falus 1864 (AH1280)  +2 for date +1 Bronze +1 Cast coin (rather crudely compared to your example)
