Best I can do from India.
1 Rupee - Shah Alam II - Bengal Presidency 1793-1818
Points: 2 for India; 0 for year = ?; 1 for 88.8% silver; 1 for size = 27 mm; 2 for weight = 11.58 g; 1 for only writing = 7 points.
I'm going by Numista measurements because I cannot locate this coin at the moment. And as I can't read Persian, please correct me if I'm wrong about the ID.
