Hi I am hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction, I've tried to find this under Indian States but have had no luck so far. The diameter is about 13.2 mm.

Best bet is that this is a modern machine made coin (hence the milled edge) that's been tampered with. (A dime perhaps?)
