I'm trying to figure out whether my 1832 CBH is a large letter, or small letter, and from there any Overton number. I noticed the 'A' in STATES is barely there, and PLURIBUS is missing the URI (or 95% of it). The ribbon is also thinner, not as high in that area. Initially, I wrote it off as wear, but now I'm thinking it was
Struck Through Grease. Opinions?
On the obverse I'm noticing what I think is MD along the left of Liberty's profile, at her hair, and then from her nose down to her neck. There's also a nice
Cud on the reverse. Those got me looking into the O-numbers. Is there a '32
DDO, or is it MD?
Thanks!
